Repeated on two computers. Problem description: 1. Power on computer - all is ok. 2. Turning monitors power off in the evening. 3. Next day: turning monitors power on - after that all OS has periodic short lugs on all operations (mouse, keyboard, applications). As soon as DF application and service are off, all becomes ok. Starting again - lugs returns. Reboot or power off only correct the problem. May be DF interacts wrong with RAdmin application - https://www.radmin.com/?lang_ui=en - DF brokes after remote connection to the computer.
