It seems to have resolved itself.  I am not sure what the deal is.  This is not the first time I have seen this problem, and it is usually associated with a reinstall or update.  I'll fiddle with stuff and it goes away.  This time, it stuck around for a while (which is the reason made the OP).  I worked remotely yesterday via RDP into my desktop. When I came in today, it looked correct, so I am confused as to what the deal is..  <br/>

I am going to go ahead and attach the file in case it somehow helps you figure out what the deal is.  I have my doubts, but in programming, you can never tell...<br/>
