This "problem" has been occurring on and off for a few versions, but each time I remember to post here a new version has already been released .

Finally though I've taken the time out to report it! The image should show what's happening, which is basically that every so often (and I haven't yet been able to figure out when or why) a maximised Visual Studio (2005) window ends up larger than the available screen space, and is slightly covered by the DF taskbar. The "problem" is easy to solve - just click on "About" and "Ok" in the DF taskbar and the window is correctly resized.

Another minor detail, which may or may not be related, is what happens when middle-clicking the titlebar of a maximised app to send it to the other monitor. On restoring the app (from fullscreen) the window size is 16 pixels wider and 16 pixels taller than the available display space. E.g on my 1600x1200 monitors with the Vista default taskbar visible the available display space is 1600x1170, however restored windows are resized to 1616x1186.

These are both very minor points and, since they don't seem to have been reported before, probably hardly affect anyone else. If a solution might cause the release of v3 to be delayed further then I'd say leave things exactly as they are and worry about them after v3 is released .

Regards!

John
