Question#1 has been answered by me after some Google research that I did.

Apparently there is a registry string that stores the minimum width of applications in the taskbar (it is called "MinWidth") for Windows. It is stored in this registry location: Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\WindowMetrics (the string key is called "MinWidth" in this folder). It was set to 38 which was apparently causing the problem. I simply deleted this key and restarted my PC, which has now allowed the proper width of the applications to show up like my main Windows taskbar.

Hope that helps others,
I apologize if this has been addressed before, but I can't seem to find a topic related to this. Please reference the images below:
Primary (Windows 10) Taskbar:

Secondary (DisplayFusion) Taskbar:

<del>Question#1: How do I get the DisplayFusion taskbar to show full application name instead of staying in the button shortcut mode? Notice how my main windows taskbar shows the webpage/application (i.e. File Explorer) that is open. The DF taskbar only shows the icon with a blue line underneath when the application is open on that screen.</del>

<del>Question#2: Is it possible for the DisplayFusion taskbar to open the application within/over the shortcut? For example, if I click on the Word shortcut, why does it open a new application to the right of all the other taskbar buttons? Why does it not open on top of the same shortcut? You can see in the Primary (Windows 10) taskbar that Chrome opened in the same spot where I have the taskbar shortcut.</del>

Are there settings for these that I'm just not finding? I just want it to replicate how the Windows 10 taskbar performs. I had this configured properly in the past, but then had to do a fresh install and now I can't figure out how to setup it up properly.

Thanks for your help in advance,
