Nothing of interest in debugging log (attached) following "Windows Taskbar Item Added."

Repro steps to produce log:

Open Notepad in Windows 7 RC 1.

Move to secondary monitor.

Minimize.

Open Explorer.

Start DisplayFusion, verify Notepad is on secondary taskbar.

Drag-and-drop a .TXT file from Explorer window to the Notepad button on secondary taskbar, hovering over the button without releasing the mouse button.

No effect.

Release the mouse button.

No effect.

I have Visual Studio on this machine if you'd like to take a closer look sometime. The bar with the circle mouse cursor over the DisplayFusion taskbar button is ok, because you're not supposed to actually drop the file there. When you are dragging a file over the DisplayFusion taskbar items do they activate (come ot the foreground)?

I think the reason that DisplayFusion is installed to the x86 folder is because it is using a 32bit installer. The DisplayFusion process itself should be running as an x64 process, and it will use it's own x64 hook DLL as well. Also, a minor nitpick -- shouldn't DisplayFusion install to \Program Files by default on a 64-bit machine, rather than to \Program Files (x86)? It is, after all, running natively in some sense. ]]>
