- I'm prepping these betas as a public 3.1.9.1 point release. This is to address a couple of monitor detection issues. Basically, I'm just releasing these betas with specific things fixed for specific people. General testers won't notice a difference between builds. :)
- I'm moving the beta change log tracking from the forums to a new page. This will make it easier for me to update (it will be data-driven), and get more public exposure.

BTW 103 seems good on my Win7 machine :)
