This just occurred to me --  I went and changed the hide status on the Windows task bar, but your task bar didn't change.  <i>I am not saying that's wrong.</i>  However, an option to follow the Windows setting as a default once you enable DF taskbars would be rather intuitive, don't you think?  Keep the other setting, of course, as an override.<br/>
