I used to be able to copy videos from my second monitor and now I just get a copy of the first monitor's desktop and no video. I also started getting an error message stating:<br/>

I disabled that as it is for the Nvidia Shield (I do not have or use it). What is most likely the problem? I am using the "active desktop region" setting with the software Action! as I normally do. I also have the latest version of Action! and all the latest Win7 updates today.<br/>
