Df 5.1.1, outlook 2013 x32, windows 7 x64.<br/>

I open (primary monitor start menu) the outlook (primariy monitor), then move or click the move windows to next monitor button. Outlook moving secondary monitor np. close outlook and reopen (primary monitor start menu) , outlook opened primary monitor.<br/>
I added windows location rule outlook secondary monitor but didnt change.<br/>
If I start the outlook (secondary monitor start menu) outlook opened secondary monitor no problem.
