First, it didn't show my license and reverted to a free version, then it didn't want to launch Chrome. Now I downloaded through the website with DF3.4.0 running and now everything works, including the transfer/use of my license key.

Storm in a glass of water...

• Which version of Chrome are you running?
• Do other applications launch with command line parameters? (i.e. iexplore.exe http://www.google.ca)

I had to revert to v3.4.0 stable to get that to work. You may want to look at that.
