First, the bad news. It appears that in Windows XP you can't hook an application that is being run as a different user. This means that the DisplayFusion hooks can't "see" the application and won't respond to mouse clicks. The good news is that this is fixed in Windows 7 and it works as expected in Windows 7. In the meantime, you can still use the TitleBar Buttons to move the windows around, even windows that are running as a different user. Just create a TitleBar Button for "Move Window to Next Monitor", and this is the same as middle-clicking the window. Sorry for the bad news, but at least there is a good workaround. Running Windows 7 Home Premium X64, I have NO trouble with the middle click moving MMC windows between monitors.

If you open up the Control Panel Administrative Tools Services - for example, that opens in an MMC window. I use the MMC all day and have to Restore Down the window to move it to another monitor. I don't have issues moving/middle clicking any other window.
