For other people:
- Right-click on desktop > Personalize
- Lock screen settings
- Scroll down to find "Screen saver settings"

I'm having the exact same problem. I uninstalled DisplayFusion a few days ago and my screen keeps going to sleep after just 1 minute of inactivity. Even though all windows settings (including in power options) are set to 10 minutes or higher.

Ran into a similar problem - tried out the screen saver, but have since unchecked "Allow DisplayFusion to manage the Screen Saver" and gone back to managing in Windows. The screen timeout is while logged in. I reinstalled DisplayFusion temporarily to change the settings on the mouse and timeout in there and that seemed to fix it (just had to make the timeout way later than needed and the default windows one works fine). But it still times out after one minute. I had played around with DisplayFusion's screensaver settings but ultimately turned them off completely before uninstalling.

Edit: I also can't scroll when hovering over a window that is not in focus anymore, which is a built in feature in windows 10 ]]>
