Still appears to be an issue with the screen saver settings. Ran into a similar problem - tried out the screen saver, but have since unchecked "Allow DisplayFusion to manage the Screen Saver" and gone back to managing in Windows. Even without that box checked, my screen kept timing out after 1 minute (the value set in DisplayFusion), until I set the value higher as a workaround for now.

The screen timeout is while logged in. I reinstalled DisplayFusion temporarily to change the settings on the mouse and timeout in there and that seemed to fix it (just had to make the timeout way later than needed and the default windows one works fine). But I think that these settings should go back to normal after uninstall

I uninstalled DisplayFusion including the leftover files in program files (x86), and i have the screen timeout set to 15 mins in my pc settings. But it still times out after one minute. I had played around with DisplayFusion's screensaver settings but ultimately turned them off completely before uninstalling.

Edit: I also can't scroll when hovering over a window that is not in focus anymore, which is a built in feature in windows 10
