A silent install per say.  When display fusion runs the setup it would specify this command line parameter.   Just a though ... something I do with software I build.

This does not occur when the window is moved to the screen where windows is controlling the taskbar.  This does not happen on all windows, but it is happening switching between two instances of Chrome.
