Let it run for a while, then send me the "DisplayFusion.log" file that it generates? Also, can you please make sure you are using the latest beta version as there are a number of important fixes in it:

Once this starts, I am unable to start any new programs - for example, attempting to start outlook will result in the outlook process starting (visible only in task list) and exiting a split second later. Only once I close DisplayFusion can I resume working again, though minus my second taskbar.

If I start displayfusion again, I might get a couple of application launches before it all goes wrong again - the only way to restore functionality is to reboot.

As DF itself isn't crashing I'm not sure how to collect useful data. I am running the latest stable DF and my system is up to date.

Anything else I can give you to help?
