We don't support constraining full screen windows to monitor splits, but we do have this open as a feature request. Would you like me to add your vote to it, so we can let you know if we have any news on it in the future?

I've been having an issue that's a bit weird. I'm watching a video inside Chrome in one of my custom made window (that's smaller than the whole monitor). If I maximaze chrome, no problem, it respects the boundaries of the custom made window, however if I maximaze (full screen) the video (like a Youtube video) and not the browser, it stops respecting the boundaries of the custom made window and occupies the whole monitor. In other words, I can maximize an app, but wathing anything full screen it stops respecting the boundaries I created.
