We might be able to add detection if both taskbars are on the same monitor, to move the overflow menu up, so I've added this to our list to look into. It's a great setup that doubles the space I have for windows and apps to be displayed on the taskbars.

The only problem that I'm having with it is when I expand the menu to show hidden system tray icons, like when I want to eject a flash drive, the bottom of that menu is showing up under the DisplayFusion taskbar. I have to toggle off the DF taskbar and then toggle it back on to access certain items on the menu if they are on the bottom. Is there a setting that can be adjusted to correct this?
