I changed the splits on one of my monitor and one of the splits is not showing the taskbar. In my previous split configuration, I had set the position to disabled for some splits and I'm guessing the new split configuration is inheriting some of those settings. How can I configure the taskbar for a split if there is no taskbar for me to right-click on?<br/>
<br/>
There really should  be a way to configure the taskbar per-splits from the monitor splitting screen.
