It's possible to lock the mouse to a specific monitor, but not to lock it out of a specific monitor. We do have that on our feature request list though, so I'll add your vote

I've uninstalled DisplayFusion to check to see if it actually was the problem, but it turns out that my main taskbar still isn't showing up. This leads me to believe that it's a problem with Windows 10.

I had another question I was hoping I could get some help with, though. Is there a way to lock my cursor to a specific set of monitors? More so keybind this function so I can turn it on/off when I need to. The reason for this is so I can stop accidentally moving windows to my top monitor (I have 4 monitors. 3 side by side on the bottom and 1 on top of my middle monitor) when I actually would like it to be on my main (middle) monitor. I'd want to make it where I could keep my cursor on ONLY the 3 bottom monitors when the lock function is active. When it's not active, I'd be able to move my cursor to the top monitor as I please. I tried putting the game in Fullscreen and Windowed Fullscreen and still nothing. Does DisplayFusion not control the primary taskbar or is this a bug? Whenever I want to switch programs while using a game/movie/program that uses fullscreen, I click my second monitor's desktop to lose focus on my game/movie/program to bring up my primary monitor's taskbar and switch from there.
