I think what they're referring to is the background image on the password screen, which can no longer be customized. I refer to the information in the above link, along with other reports of the same, and one of the new 'features' that comes to light is the inability to change the lock screen background image.

While I realise that the Windows 10 code hasn't been locked or released yet, I wonder where DisplayFusion stands with this? Will it stop us customizing our lock screen now? ]]>
