I actually bought True Launch Bar back when if first came out and still have it on XP.  Not much need on W7.<br/>

A sweet tab launcher you might check out is sTabLauncher (google it and see attached).  It will change your life.  Tucks up out of the way to only show the tabs.  Free too.  Now I no longer use TrueLaunchBar.
