There is an add-on that allows you to place your Firefox/Palemoon bookmarks on a different monitor other than the one your open browser is on. It turns off/on with browser, will stay anywhere it's placed, and can be open all the time, or open when hovered over.

Here: http://piro.sakura.ne.jp/xul/_ezsidebar.html.en

I also use Piro's 2 panel bookmarks add-on with the above.

Here: http://piro.sakura.ne.jp/xul/_bookmarks2pane.html.en

I'm running Win 7 x 64 w/ Palemoon 24.3.2 x64 & the Glass My Fox add-on for a transparent browser GUI. This makes my bookmarks background transparent as well.

It's nice to have the transparent bookmarks panel open all the time and on a different monitor as well.

FYI, and regards to all;
