Desktop client applications like WhatsApp and Spotify are just web applications wrapped in a framework that gets constant updates, causing their file EXEs to change names with every update.

The same name change occurs with UWP apps as well as their paths change. This breaks stuff when updates happen.

It would be nice if I could:
1. Customize the trigger's icon
2. Add an 'application name' column so that we can easily look for it when needed. ]]>
