In posting my last bug, I noticed that the DF release is only shown on the troubleshooter tab.  As a programmer, I had an epiphany.  Users send in screen shots all the time, but neglect to say what release they are using <i>all the time</i>.  Why not put the release in the empty portion of the Settings dialog and the Desktop Wallpaper dialog?  I am going to change my Windows product to do what I am suggesting, putting the release in the status bar.  See illos attached to understand what I mean.
