There are a number of windows the inactive scroll doesn't work on including the ones listed above.

  • Chrome
  • Firefox
  • Android SDK Manager
  • Opera
  • Steam

I'll be staying some more on this beta version since I really need the ALT+TAB fixes but I hope you can fix this issue for the next beta. RESULT => inside phpStorm I can scroll just fine, but in Notepad++ I can't unless I make it the "active app".

I then set Notepad++ as active (still on the second monitor) and phpStorm on the first one:

RESULT => I can scroll properly in Notepad++ AND in phpStorm even thought the app is inactive.

To sum it up: something is wrong when Notepad++ is the inactive app and it doesn't allow scrolling inside it until you make it active. I never had this issue with 6.x. ]]>
