But just wanted to be as thorough as possible with my findings. While initially this wasn't a problem and the scaling problem was exlusive to badges and the start button.

The past few days the the clock has been really tiny on the DisplayFusion taskbar - this persists after reboots and restarting DisplayFusion. And also the system tray icons can become blurry seemingly at random.

Edit: Also I've not made any changes to my resolution, text scaling, or any other display options during this time.
