The DF titlebar buttons are placed over the top right corner of the dialog hover past the edge of the dialog (about 1 button is totally off the window).

It looks like my custom rule for Outlook titlebar buttons (135, blank / 135, blank) is affecting the dialog. On the normal/email Outlook windows, the default titlebar button position is very far center-ward of the built-in buttons so I move it back out, but it appears that the default position on the Insert File dialog is close to correct. Perhaps there needs to be more flexibility on the compatibility rules to specify window titles?
