Start10 interop/compatibility related:
DisplayFusion kills the Windows 10 start menu when invoked if Start10 is on the system AND DF taskbar is shown on primary monitor.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Advanced Settings -> Show on all monitors = True

2. When the Start10 menu is invoked select the top-most option "Windows 10 menu" to attempt to invoke the default Windows start menu.

or

2.alt In Start10 set any option that would invoke the Windows 10 menu.

Expected Result:
User is able to invoke either Start Menu

Actual Result:
Windows 10 Start Menu is killed by DF. Start10 Start Menu only survives.

On a secondary monitor (where the Windows taskbar is not present, only the DF taskbar) attempting to invoke the Windows 10 Start Menu will also result in it being killed if 'Show on all monitors=True'.

Either Start Menu may be toggled if 'Show on all monitors=False'.
