If you open up the classic shell settings and disable the option to adjust the taskbar colour, does that fix it?

When I click Multi-monitor taskbar on either monitor I have different options.Right clicking the taskbar on primary monitor "Taskbar Settings" takes m to the Windows settings. Right clicking on the second monitor taskbar gives me the Display Fusion settings. Maybe it is on that one(?) The date, time, and day are not visible on the second monitor, unless I hover my mouse over them.

I am using Classic Start, but have also tried Open Start. Both produce the black taskbar. When I turn these off, the taskbar turns to gray on the second monitor. ]]>
