There's no way for us to detect that full screen Flash window in Chrome, so we can't add any compatibility settings to force the button to move to the DF taskbar.

I don't see how that would make anything difference, because without DisplayFusion all the programs are shown to be on the one monitor with the taskbar. If understand you correctly, one would expect the flash player to be shown to be on the default monitor's taskbar without DisplayFusion running. Is this what you meant, or have I misunderstood?

As you can see in the attached, the full screen Shockwave flash player in Google Chrome is shown to be active on the right-hand monitor (the default), but rather is full screen in the other monitor. This, however, does not manifest with the same circumstances in IE9 (which as far as I know, uses the same flash player). I've had this problem for about the passed month. Is this due to my settings, or is it a software glitch?
