It sounds like the mouse hook might be interfering with the game. To test if this is the case, go into the Settings window and un-check these settings:<br/>
Options > Enable maximized window dragging between monitors<br/>

I have JUST ordered the Pro version and thought I could now, legitimately ask about this problem.  I play the game Guild Wars in Windowed mode and if I have display fusion loaded and in the task bar the cursor will "jump" all over the place to random places.  Normally to the edge of the screen, between the 2 monitors.  No idea why and no idea if it is a setting I have "missed".
