You can assign your own hotkey to change the wallpaper by right clicking the DisplayFusion icon in your system tray > Settings > Functions tab on the left side of the window, and scroll down to the "Wallpaper" section. It's incredible, to say the least.

And while I was just sorting through a ton (almost nine thousand) of wallpapers, I thought: "You know... If you made wallpapers with instructions to get up, to get out, to do stuff...you could cycle those in with your normal screenshot collection and actually be more active." And expanding on that premise, I could include not just exercises, but household chores, studying, playing with pets, time spent with my wife, and so much more. And any time those wallpapers come up, do what it says, for at least the time period it specifies.
