There's 2 options I can think of that would be able to do this. 1- run DisplayFusion like normal on your one pc, dividing your screen however you like. Then, remote desktop into the second PC, and maximize the remote session window to whatever quadrant you want. 2- Find a monitor that can run two inputs simultanously, and has Picture-In-Picture or Picture-By-Picture. Usually this is only available on ultrawide monitors. This would be handled entirely by the monitor and its software/firmware/drivers (not really sure) and Display Fusion wouldn't know anything about the other PC (you could still install DF on both computers though), but it should still be able to achieve what you're trying to do.

Of the two options, I'd definitely go with #1. Win 10 personal no longer includes free remote desktop (Professional only), but there are free 3rd party programs out there.
