What's the best way to set up the window position profile? I tend to switch my display between picture by picture mode (split in half) and full res and so far haven't been able to get my windows to restore their position.

I typically have several Chrome windows open: a main browser window and several web apps (Whatsapp, Gmail, Facebook etc) created as their own "apps" via Chrome's "Create shortcut" feature.

It sure can! In the Monitor Configuration window, save your 2 monitor setup as a Monitor Profile. Then click "Manage Monitor Profiles" and assign your Window Position Profile to it there. When DisplayFusion detects the Monitor Profile, it will automatically load the associated Window Position Profile

Hope that helps!
