<description><![CDATA[See attached screenshot for what I mean. It's mostly Opera. I will pin Opera to the DF taskbar, then a short while later the pinned icon stops being used and a new, unpinned icon shows up in it's place. However the pinned icon is still there.

See attached screenshot for what I mean. It's mostly Opera. I will pin Opera to the DF taskbar, then a short while later the pinned icon stops being used and a new, unpinned icon shows up in it's place. However the pinned icon is still there. <br/>
