My default browser is Vivaldi. I added a website to the taskbar and checked the "Force web browser to start on the same monitor as Taskbar (opens a new browser instance)", but it will always open the website as a new tab in another monitor where Vivaldi is running. I have multiple monitors showing different websites. Previously under chrome they will all open neatly in their respective monitors but chrome is so resource hungry i had to switch.

Any solution for this? Thanks!
