Make a file with notepad called screensave.cmd:
@START /WAIT /MIN /LOW %SystemRoot%\system32\scrnsave.scr /s
Then make a shortcut to that cmd file and assign a keyboard shortcut to it with the shortcut tab in Windows Vista or 7. Simple and effective.
