I have the problem that the icons aren't readable with all wallpapers. For example: with black wallpapers the icons still being displayed with black text.<br/>

The problem has nothing to do with the system option icon shadow. The<br/>

The negative color should be set as "desktop colour", in order to contrast it.<br/>

Suggestions for the implementation: use the function SetSysColors of Windows API. It should update the colors immediately:<br/>
