I'm running Windows 8.1 as my daily driver here, and haven't run into these issues.

Do these issues start showing up as soon as DisplayFusion starts? Or only after it's been running for a while?

I'm running windows 8.1 preview, does it not work correctly with 8.1 yet? or perhaps uninstalling and installing beta 12 didnt change the files for some reason? on a side note i uninstalled beta 11 last night and installed the release version, and had the exact same problems. perhaps i need to completely clean it from my system after an uninstall somehow? ]]>
