Applying any of the following actions a second time works at that point.

Size and move window to bottom side of monitor (CTRL + WIN+ DOWN)
Size and move window to left side of monitor (CTRL + WIN + LEFT)
Size and move window to right side of monitor (CTRL + WIN + RIGHT)
Size and move window to top side of monitor (CTRL + WIN + UP)

This is a similar problem to what Josh posted (http://www.binaryfortress.com/Forum/index.php?topic=1269.0). The same applications (including Josh's example VS project) exhibit this problem, and DisplayFusion 2.1.1 did not have this problem. ]]>
