For the sake of thoroughness:

Disabled taskbar - No change
Moved Wallpaper to local folder - No change
Tried pausing Wallpaper - No change
Set interval to 30 & 60 minutes - No change
Disabled DF - Issue went away
Enabled DF - Issue returned
Set wallpaper via Windows - Issue went away

I tried multiple wallpapers both via Windows and via DF (in case it was a file issue), in each case it went away with Windows and returned when using DF. As of now I'm not using DF for my wallpaper, but it's such an odd thing I can't believe I'm the only one to ever experience it, my rig isn't that unusual.

I attached the dxdiag report (as it's fairly comprehensive of my hardware)I think the only thing it might not have is my monitors, both of which are ASUS PB278's. I took some time and disabled the screen saver in DF, this didn't solve the issue, so erring on the side of caution I went ahead and re-installed the OS from scratch (probably needed to be done anyway). I verified the issue wasn't present and everything was fine (for windows 10 that is), I installed DF set up my single image dual display wallpaper, and let it take over the taskbar (same as it was before) and the issues has returned.

At this point the only thing I can think is that it's the dual wallpaper maybe... Going to try disabling that, if that doesn't work I'll try disabling the second taskbar.

It's worth pointing out that this issue is intermittent at best, so disabling anything takes a few days of testing to determine if the issue still exists. Not sure that it matters, but since my wallpaper is currently all stored on my NAS, I'm going to try moving it to a local folder as well.

If you exit DisplayFusion before the screen saver starts, do you still have this issue after the screen saver exits? Just trying to figure out if DisplayFusion is the cause here

When I move the mouse around I can see items highlight, I can even right click on the desktop and get the menu, but no cursor. I have to open a program (by basically moving the mouse around until something highlights, and then double clicking) in order for the cursor to reappear. Is this a bug, or is there an option someplace I can turn off to prevent this? ]]>
