I should mention that the issue happens regularly, but not constantly - that is, it's not happening every few seconds but rather with significant time gaps between recurrences - enough so that I haven't really been able to track how long between events. I'm seeing an issue on the work system that is not happening on the home computer; namely, the system will lock up for a fraction of a second at regular intervals. If I'm typing the letters will freeze for a moment, then all populate abruptly. If I'm watching a video or listening to audio, the stream will lock up for a moment then continue.

Work system is running Windows 10.
