Jon perhaps some other setting/tweak can overcome this? Are you limited to only the newest 100 from Flickr? The last pictures I uploaded to flickr are from a concert so in DisplayFusion I'm getting mostly pics from the concert but none of the 800 some odd pics of my baby. And by baby I mean baby, not my girl. But she's in some also...

I've been using the Flickr randomizer now for a month or so, and have always thought that it seems like I keep seeing the same images over and over. I tried many different searches, and have verified that there are more than enough results for most of them that the the odds of seeing the same image twice should be extremely low.

So today I discovered that all those images get downloaded to my local HD, and not deleted, I saw this as an opportunity to get some hard numbers. I ran some duplicate file deletion software on the folder, and of 10,247 images, there were 1,127 unique images, and 8,909 duplicates.

Is there a way we can get some more randomness out of Flickr?
