If you open up the DisplayFusion Settings window and head to the "Compatibility" tab, can you add in the application and turn on "Disable Application Hooks", and see if the issue persists after restarting DisplayFusion?

If DisplayFusion is running (and I pretty well turned off all features as part of the troubleshooting), the time from when I open a Canon RAW file to the time the image appears in Camera Raw, it take about five seconds for the image to show up. If DisplayFusion is turned off, it's down to around two seconds. Same issue on my other PC.
