I have local administrator access now. What do I have to change (in the registry perhaps) to be able to make the wallpaper changeable? I can't seem to change the wallpaper either manually or through DisplayFusion. If I go onto the Windows "Background" settings, it says "Some settings are hidden or managed by your organization". How can I override it given that I have local admin access? Or can DisplayFusion overlay a false wallpaper over the default?
