We were having trouble reproducing it on our end, but it looks like we can by restarting explorer. I have the attached monitor configuration and I use my RDP with screen 1 and 2 with 1 being my main monitor having the "original" taskbar and two having a DF taskbar which stays on top of the window. Been having that issue since always so I wanted to report it. I'll attach my debug info as well but I can't attach two files in one post. ]]>
