I can open a new window and it will group it with the other one just not the shortcut. Is there anyway to group the shortcut and the programs running together instead of having 2 sets?

[Edit] Also sometimes the taskbar on my second screen doesn't unhide itself (have it set on autohide). I have 2 windows maximized on that screen it unhides it self sometimes and then stops working. I shrink both windows and it begins working again. ]]>
