Is Outlook the only application that has this issue? Or if you save positions of other applications, do they also not restore correctly?

Are the Outlook windows maximized when you save the positions? If so, could you try the same steps, but with non-maximized Outlook windows to see if that makes any difference?

From your screenshot I think it's configured correctly. Can you try this?

• Open your Outlook windows and position them on the 2 monitors.
• Run the "Save Window Positions" function manually (you can assign a key combination to it on the Settings > Functions tab).
• Power off your monitor, the windows should all move to the first monitor.
• Power the second monitor back on.
• Run the "Restore Window Positions" function manually (assign a key combination to it as well). Do the windows go back to where they should be?

That "false" value is ok. It looks like you only have one Trigger rule though. You'll need both rules in the guides. One for saving window positions on a timer (steps 3-, and the other for loading them when the monitor profile changes (steps 9-14).
