You can disable that in the Adobe Reader settings, but please note that it will decrease the security of Adobe Reader, so disable it at your own risk.

  • In Adobe Reader, click Edit > Preferences.
  • In the left pane, click the "Security (Enhanced)" section.
  • Disable the "Run in AppContainer" option.
  • Click OK.
  • Restart Adobe Reader.

All other program windows do move (expected behavior). Is any one else experiencing this? Is there a solution I am missing? ]]>
