Some applications take a little while to create their main window. Does the application run in a window or is it a fullscreen application? I set both of the applications trigger to open on the selected monitor.
So for e.x, If my cursor is on the 2nd monitor and I will double left-click the PopcornTime app - it suppose to open on that monitor BUT it won't.
Same thing with the windows On-Screen Keyboard app.
