DisplayFusion wouldn't be deleting the directory. The only one that it removes files from is it's own temporary image directory located in Pictures\DisplayFusion\Web Images.

I can try testing this issue out here in Windows 8 to see if I can reproduce it though. Could you let me know the full path to the folder that you created, including the drive letter?

Now, when I populate a directory on a drive separate from my boot drive with wallpaper images, the entire directory is gone upon reboot. I did a little research and it seems the problem could be with the files being stored in a temp directory and removed on reboot, though, as mentioned, I keep the files in their own directory.

I'd be happy to provide any further info that might help stop this behavior, just let me know.
